Two manta rays fly in formation over a cleaning station, a common site in the water around Komodo.

Traverse Komodo National Park and visit its most iconic dive sites aboard the Neomi. Throughout this itinerary you will experience world-class diving at a wide array of sites including manta cleaning stations, dramatic reef walls and sweeping fields of hard corals.

Throughout the 15 dive itinerary, you will be accompanied by an expert divemaster in small groups. Prepare for your dives at your own designated gear station aboard Neomi. Tenders will ferry divers from the main vessel to the dive sites and follow divers throughout each dive for quick pick-up.

The diving around Komodo is highlighted by the tidal currents that sweep through the area each day. Swiftly circulating water brings abundant nutrients through the islands, supporting a vast array of macro life as well as larger creatures like manta rays.

Recommendations: Divers should be comfortable diving in moderate to swift current. Divers are recommended to dive with Nitrox as the liveaboard dive schedule is rigorous and Nitrox will reduce nitrogen stress throughout the trip.

Stay

The classically designed Neomi is a Phinisi-style schooner of solid ironwood construction, affording divers an authentic, comfortable and safe diving experience in Komodo National Park.

While you’re not diving, enjoy the safety, comfort and style of the Neomi, a classically designed 154’ Phinisi-style vessel. This vessel has 10 cabins of varying size which accommodate every guest in comfort and style. Every cabin has A/C, a private bathroom with hot water, personal entertainment systems and various other amenities.

The spacious dive deck allows for comfortable and stress-free dive preparation; the camera care station allows for safe handling of all delicate camera equipment. The boat’s outdoor lounge, equipped with two jacuzzis, is a perfect place to relax, and the sundeck provides the ideal spot to watch sunsets, sunrises and stargaze. The saloon provides a charming common area with a bar, sound system and karaoke corner. All meals are served on the dining deck, offering epic scenery to accompany the gourmet cuisine.
